To-do list 2011

Was browsing through my previous entries (especially those before pregnancy), I was telling myself " Hey Mrs Kwok, stop finding excuses to escape from your kitchen!" I think it's really time I settle down, do some time management so that I can juggle between work, home and kitchen.

The first attempt to bake was for Christmas! The snow flakes cookies took me more than twice the time I've used to bake previously!! I guess it's really right to says that practice makes perfect. Here's my left brain telling me that "Yes yes, please start baking more so that you can  improve and not deteriorate!" and my right brain goes "No time for you Mrs Kwok, you still have loads of laundry to wash!

Alright, stop my ranting! Anyway I decided I will shall start a To-Do list and try my best to fulfill them!
I really really want to be a perfect chef for Prince Charming and Baby Kwok!

To-Do list 2011
  1. Gordon Ramsay's Shepherd Pie
  2. Mini Burgers & Sliders
  3. Shrimp Fra Diavolo
  4. Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pie with Puff Pastry
  5. Raisin Loaf
  6. Chocolate Marble Loaf
  7. Haiwaiian Pizza
  8. Oven Baked Ribs
Hereby wishing everyone a Happy 2011!

Grub,
Hahaha.. they "looked" delicious but wonder if they "taste" delicious? I still haven't got time to start with the To-Do list. Seriously I'm more happy than enough to start with my CNY baking. *tap fingers*

Olea,
Haha... I want to try my attempt to bake Shepherd's pie with minced mutton. Had it at a party last Christmas and was run over by it. Totally fantastic!
